LENISNA is a hybrid filler that combines the immediate filling effects of HA (hyaluronic acid; Sodium Hyaluronate) with the long-term collagen production stimulation of PLA (PolyLactic Acid; Poly-D,L lactide acid).

Thanks to its unique formulation, LENISNA offers long-lasting effectiveness and an enhanced safety profile.

LENISNA is designed as a time-acting filler, containing 170 mg of polylactic acid and 30 mg of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid. By adjusting the solution's amount and particle size to 50 to 60 micrometers and combining it with non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, it becomes a versatile hybrid suitable for subcutaneous or periosteal tissue applications. It's intended for treating deep wrinkles, laxity, and significant tissue defects.

The combination of PLA (PolyLactic Acid) with HA (hyaluronic acid) allows for immediate visible effects after treatment. The filling effect remains until new collagen and elastin production, induced by polylactic acid, take over. These results can be seen right after the procedure and can last for at least 24 months with 2 or 3 treatments performed 6-8 weeks apart.

LENISNA has received approval for product performance and safety as a CE Class III and KFDA Class 4 medical device.

How to Use
In case of preparation the day before the procedure: Mix in 5ml of physiological saline and let it sit 24 hours before the procedure. Swirl it gently for about 10 minutes before use and then use it for a softer injection.
In case of preparation on the day of the procedure: Mix in 5ml of physiological saline 30 minutes before the procedure by using a Vortex Mixer for 15~20 minutes at 3000 rpm or higher for immediate use.

Treatment Interval
2-3 treatments at intervals of 6-8 weeks
After two years it is recommended to carry out 1 reminder treatment.
