South Korean Skincare Brand EVIEKOREA Participates in 2024 InterCHARM Korea Expo

South Korean skincare brand EVIEKOREA announced its participation in the 2024 InterCHARM Korea Expo, held from July 24 to 26, 2024, at COEX in Seoul.

According to brand representatives, EVIEKOREA is globally recognized for its microneedling products under the STAYVE brand. At this expo, the company showcased its latest product, REGLORY EXO, which received significant attention. The expo also featured the popular MEDISCO MESO trio, including MESO PDRN, MESO GLUTATHIONE, and MESO VITAMIN C, which attracted considerable interest and expanded export opportunities to European and American markets.

An EVIEKOREA representative stated, "Participating in this expo was a crucial opportunity to present our new products to both domestic and international markets. We received a response beyond our expectations. We plan to further strengthen our position in the global skincare market through continuous innovation and quality improvement."

Refund policy

Refund Policy

Requests for refund can only be made as per our Terms & Conditions. The refund will normally be issued using the same method as the initial payment was made, unless impossible or too difficult as a result of external factors, or if we and the customer agree on an alternative method of refunding the order.

Orders that have not been shipped out will be refunded in full, except for the commission such as a currency exchange.

Orders that have been shipped out will be refunded except for any expenses and freight charges. Due to commission fees and freight charges, therefore you may receive a refund less than you sent in the first place. EVIE Co., Ltd is not responsible for the Bank Transfer commission fee. A refund may take up to a month to appear on a bank statement.

Before placing an order, it is a must to check the rules and regulations of the customs service of your country. If your package was suspended at the border, please contact your local customs office to pay the tax and get your package. If the package is returned, the customer needs to pay the returned freight charges and importation fees back to Korea additionally.

Return Policy
This page outlines the Return Policy of our online store. It is to be considered an inseparable addition to our Terms & Conditions and agreeing to them in full requires the acceptance of the Return Policy as well.

Prior to making a return the customer is required to contact us and notify us of the item that is being returned, the reason for return, and the method of shipping back to us.

In general, we will accept the return of a purchased item if the issue falls into one of these two groups:

There is some sort of malfunction or damage to the purchased item. Such may include manufacturing defects, breakage or other forms of physical damage, and expiry of content which make the usage impossible.
The customer has received the wrong item, amount of items, or additional/less than the ordered products, including products that have not been part of the order;
The return of purchased items is inexact and must be discussed with our manager.

All items purchased at our online store are properly packed, in a way that we deem is sufficient to protect them from damage during transportation, disregarding extreme situations, mishandling by the courier, or unforeseen events.

Complains are to be made in English and the customer must provide the following information – date of purchase, date of delivery, order number (if there is one), name, address, contact details, purchased items, and a detailed description of the exact problem and how it was discovered. We may require customers to provide additional information, if necessary.

Our definition of damaged items extends to items that cannot be used properly and have severely limited functionality capabilities or properties which are noticeably inferior to the intended by the manufacturer, as well as rapid condition deterioration or any other form of issue which prevents their normal usage. Such problems may also include item mislabeling, errors in the user manual, hazardous properties, as well as in the event of mass recall by the manufacturer.

The customer must return all items within 14 days after notifying us. Each returned item is thoroughly expected and evaluated prior to issuing a refund or sending a replacement product. For damaged items, which qualify, a full refund, including shipping fees is issued. Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer are non-refundable.
